Left Field Labs has named key leadership promotions following four consecutive years of double-digit growth. Driven by an expanding suite of services, these leaders have been instrumental in delivering award-winning client work and spearheading internal evolutions that combine imagination and technology to create enduring business impact.
The promotions include:
Yann Caloghiris, the company’s inaugural chief experience officer — Leads Left Field Labs’ fastest-growing capability, experiential; behind award-winning experiences that make emerging technology real for Salesforce, Qualcomm, Meta, and Microsoft.
Kristana Fruci, SVP, business operations — Directs the firm’s largest business division, delivering a record-breaking year through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Rich Foster, SVP, creative — The creative force behind Left Field Labs’ Google partnership, and shapes award-winning digital experiences and pioneering new approaches to AI, immersive storytelling, and product innovation.
Daniel Hirsch, SVP, technology — Sets the technical vision for Left Field Labs’ most ambitious digital experiences: back-to-back Google I/O digital event builds, including the 2025 Save The Date puzzle that earned a Shorty Award, Google’s first generative AI social campaign, and the Google Health launch.
Ian Lollar, VP, product engineering — Drives product development and embedded engineering across leading technology companies, including internal platforms in Google for over a decade. Oversaw the build of illumend, winner of a Globee Silver and Best of Category for AI-Native Transformation of a Legacy Product.
Josh Hill, SVP, client partnerships — Leads the firm’s fastest-growing business unit, driving new business wins and expanding strategic partnerships with global brands including Salesforce, Meta, Atlassian, and Amazon — delivering several experiential awards and long-term client relationships.
