QYOU Media Inc., a company with operations in the United States and India that produces and distributes content from digital creators, has listed its India-based subsidiary, Chtrbox, on BSE Limited (formerly the Bombay Stock Exchange). Chtrbox is a leading influencer marketing agency that connects brands with social media influencers through data-driven insights and innovative campaign strategies.
As the global influencer marketing industry is projected to surpass $31 billion in 2025, the move underscores the company’s strategic focus on high-growth influencer marketing, with particular growth in India, where the creator economy has surged by 322% in just four years.
QYOU Media operates through two key business units: QYOU USA, which delivers large-scale influencer campaigns for Gen Z and Millennial audiences, and Chtrbox in India, led by former TikTok India Country Manager Raj Mishra. QYOU USA has built a reputation in North America for award-winning, culturally relevant campaigns, while Chtrbox has emerged as a leading force in India’s fast-growing creator economy.
Chtrbox has established a reputation as a powerhouse in India’s influencer marketing space, and its IPO will position it as the first publicly listed influencer marketing company in India. With brands increasingly investing in authentic, influencer-led marketing, the listing marks a broader shift toward influencer marketing as a recognized and scalable business model.
In recent years, QYOU USA has continued to experience significant growth, fueled by the signing of new clients including Rare Beauty, Crooked Media, and National Geographic, while deepening existing partnerships with Hulu, Activision, Paramount, Kraft Heinz and Warner Bros.
