SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: 10 December, 2025 – Award-winning independent creative production company Chisel has appointed Krystyna Frassetto as Head of Growth and Strategy, marking the start of an ambitious new phase of growth in sport, entertainment and culture after significant client wins including ASICS globally, Accor Hotels, KPMG, Hard Rated, National Rugby League and Botanic Gardens of Sydney.
Frassetto joins from her role as Managing Director, M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Australia, where she led high-profile cultural and brand initiatives for CommBank, Origin Energy, Woolworths, BWS and the Australian Olympic Committee. In her new role, she will work closely with Chisel’s founders to shape and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Frassetto will spearhead Chisel’s expansion beyond its core creative and production offering into a full-service model spanning original content, earned-first thinking, sponsorship advisory, talent and rights management, and social and influencer marketing.
“For years, Chisel has been my go-to for content that authentically captures the energy and emotion of sport and entertainment. They’re instinctively plugged into culture – they just get it,” said Frassetto. “Zak and Pat’s agility and entrepreneurialism has always stood out to me and I’m genuinely excited to be joining the team to help shape what’s next.”
Zak Kaczmarek, Co-Founder of Chisel, said: “This marks an important moment in Chisel’s evolution. We have always operated at the intersection of culture and creativity, and Krystyna brings the strategic clarity and commercial firepower to accelerate that. She understands how to grow opportunities, open new doors and build momentum, and we are thrilled to have her shaping the future with us.”
Chisel Managing Partner, Isabelle Seeto, added: “Brands are increasingly coming directly to us for work that lands in culture – not just content, but ideas, partnerships and storytelling with influence. With Krystyna on board, we’re expanding how we harness the power of sport and entertainment to connect brands, talent and experiences in meaningful ways.”
Chisel has grown into one of Australia’s leading independent creative and production companies, working with major brands including Accor, Gatorade, ASICS, Art Gallery of NSW, RM Williams and Hard Rated to create content, campaigns and cultural storytelling across sport and entertainment.
Frassetto’s appointment marks a significant step in strengthening Chisel’s senior leadership and accelerating the company’s ambition to expand its footprint across culture, creativity, and commerce.
