São Paulo, April 2025 – Krispy Kreme, one of the most beloved and well-known sweet brands in the world, has chosen Ampfy to lead its communications in Brazil. The arrival of the famous donut chain in the country marks the beginning of a partnership that promises to transform the sweet treat into a national passion.
The agency will be responsible for the strategy, creation and media for the advertiser, which is arriving in the country through a joint venture between Krispy Kreme International and AmPm, a convenience store chain owned by Ipiranga and a leader in the sector. Currently headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company has over 80 years of history and is present in 40 countries through its own stores and partnerships with retailers, totaling over 17,500 points of sale.
“Our challenge will be delicious: to present the most desired donuts in the world to Brazilian consumers. It is worth mentioning that, even though we are not in the country, we already have Krispy Kreme fans in Brazil, and they are anxiously awaiting the opening of the store — this creates tension and curiosity around the product. This is yet another love brand that is joining our portfolio,” says André Chueri, partner and CEO of the agency.
Under the creative leadership of Andrea Siqueira, Ampfy will be responsible for the brand’s launch campaign in the country. “It’s literally a pleasure to work on creating a brand like Krispy Kreme. We’re starting with the launch — which will be an unforgettable initiative, right at the end of this month. After that, our focus will be on continuing with creative campaigns, with the irreverence that the product allows. For Ampfy, it’s remarkable to work on the local positioning of such an iconic advertiser,” adds Andrea, partner and CCO at Ampfy.
