Agency Johnson and Sekin teams up with Station Film director Seyi Peter-Thomas to re-enact those frustrating calls and digital interactions we’ve all experienced
Sure, technology is great. But humans are more helpful.
Farm Bureau Financial Services has launched a new campaign from creative agency Johnson and Sekin. The multi-channel campaign drives the point home that there’s no substitute for a real human connection when it comes to personalised service.
Directed by Station Film’s Seyi Peter-Thomas, ‘Chat Bot Runaround’, ‘Random Quote’ and ‘Business Hours’ re-enact those frustrating calls and digital interactions we’ve all experienced where a bot furnishes one-size-fits-all answers for very personal or specific insurance and financial planning questions. The campaign assures consumers they can depend on a Farm Bureau agent or advisor for the knowledge and experience that will make their financial planning and insurance solutions simple… while avoiding the frustration of dealing with a bot.
The regional campaign will run in AZ, IA, KS, MN, NE, NM, SD & UT and includes broadcast TV, streaming video, radio, print, social media and various dynamic and high impact digital assets.
