ISLA announces the arrival of Ana Clara Jardim and Henrique Dal’mas in its Customer Service team. The professionals take over as Business Managers, helping to transform business challenges into creative and relevant strategies, ensuring that each campaign has a real impact on both the brand and the public.
Ana Clara Jardim is an advertising executive with a master’s degree in Communication Sciences from ECA-USP. At ISLA, she is in charge of the projects designed for Plusdin, Flash Benefits and Clover (Fiserv). She has worked for Soko, Publicis, SoWhat and Wunderman Thompson, serving major clients such as Netflix, Coca-Cola, Honda, Grupo Boticário, Smiles and Embraer.
Henrique Dal’mas has a degree in Social Communication from ESPM-SP and spent most of his career with the WPP Group, spending the last six years at J.Walter Thompson (now VML) and HNK Lab, the Heineken Group’s beer brand operation. Among the accounts he has worked on are Amstel, Devassa, Johnson & Johnson and Nestlé. At ISLA, Dal’mas works with Gatorade, EPSON and Flash.
