ISLA has announced the appointment of Luiza Neves as its new Head of Business. With more than 17 years of experience in the advertising industry, the executive takes on the challenge of strengthening the agency’s operations with a focus on relationships, culture, and business development.
With a solid background at major agencies, Neves has built her career leading teams and projects at companies such as JWT, CP+B, Droga5, and AKQA, where she worked prior to joining ISLA. Throughout her career, she has served major brands including AMBEV (Corona and Stella Artois), Diageo (Johnnie Walker), Uber, Airbnb, and TIM, gaining experience across different sectors and business dynamics.
At ISLA, Luiza’s main mission will be to help shape and evolve the agency, with a strong focus on culture and strengthening its network of relationships. “What motivated me to take on this challenge was ISLA’s proposal to go beyond the traditional agency model. There is a very consistent focus on the client’s business and a consulting approach that values proximity and the joint development of solutions. I want to contribute to strengthening this culture and further expanding the agency’s impact,” says Luiza.
