Rise & Run, an IPG Health company, proudly announces the appointment of Laura Florence as Chief Creative Officer. In her new role, Laura will partner with President Linda Bennett to steer the creative vision of the agency. Together, they aim to deliver innovative, multichannel marketing solutions that seamlessly blend strategy, creativity, and technology.

With over three decades of experience, Laura has worked with major brands and industry giants in the pharma and consumer sectors, including Kimberly-Clark, Mondelez, Procter & Gamble, Nike, and Jeep. Her unique blend of creativity, data-driven strategy, content expertise, and business acumen allows her to navigate the complex DTC and HCP sectors effectively, always adhering to regulatory guidelines while delivering groundbreaking work that drives change and impacts behavior.
Throughout her illustrious career, Laura has served as a juror at prestigious award shows such as One Show (jury president in 2024), LIA, Clio, and Effie Awards. In 2024, she judged the Lions Health Grand Prix for Good at Cannes Lions for the second time. Laura has also been a mentor for the See It Be It program and has held executive positions at agencies worldwide, most recently as Executive Creative Director at Havas Life São Paulo.
Laura is known for her passion for social impact, mentoring aspiring talent, and fostering cultures of inspiration and innovation. She is committed to advocating for women and creating more opportunities for women leaders in creative industries.
