NEW YORK, MAY 6, 2025 — The International ANDY Awards, the first award show of the season announces this year’s winners. Work on an International scale dominated the competition with the majority of winners exceeding North American agency work for the first time since 2016.

“For over half a century, the ANDY Awards have celebrated creative bravery in our industry. As the first show of the season, they set the tone, inspiring brands and agencies to challenge conventions. This year’s winners exemplify the kind of work that doesn’t just follow culture, but helps define what’s next, highlighting the bold trends pushing us forward,” said Anselmo Ramos, Co-Founder/Creative Chairman of GUT and 2025-2026 ANDY Awards Chair.

To highlight some of the major global wins, the highest honor, Best In Show GRANDY, has been awarded to creative agency, DAVID The Agency Madrid for their work “Meet Marina Prieto” for JCDecaux, a campaign that showcased the impact of OOH Metro advertising with a charming, unknown centenarian.

Top Honor in Bravery went to agency GUT for their work with NotCo and Kraft Heinz for leaning into consumer individuality when it comes to food choices with “Mayo Haters.”

Adam&eveDDB secured the second-ever Best In Show Craft honor for their work for The V&A Museum with “If You’re Into It, It’s In The V&A.” The highly targeted campaign utilizes the museum’s permanent collection of over 2.8 million objects, telling a 5,000 year old story of creativity, spanning every creative discipline.

The Best In Show RESET belongs to Publicis Conseil for “Cars To Work”, an initiative to provide solutions for people who live in ‘mobility deserts’ (areas characterized by limited accessibility). Publicis Conseils’ collective wins secured their client Renault as Brand of the Year.

Additionally, the Public Service award, which honors the best work created pro-bono for a non-profit/charity belongs to IMPACT BBDO for bringing attention to the pressing human rights issue with “Child Wedding Cards”.

Canadian-based agency Courage was named Best New Agency and Smuggler as Production Company of the Year. Rethink is the Independent Agency of the Year for the second time in a row. In addition, Omnicom secured Holding Company Network of the Year, with BBDO, DDB, Publicis Groupe evenly tied for Network of the Year.

The Best of Region Include:

  • EUROPE: Meet Marina Perito – DAVID Madrid / JCDecaux
  • LATAM: Sight Walks – Circus Grey / UNACEM – Cemento Sol
  • SWANA: The New President – IMPACT BBDO / AnNahar Newspaper
  • ASIA: Transition Body Lotion – Ogilvy Singapore / Vaseline
  • CHINA: SleepBound – Dentsu Creative Taiwan / HeySong – Wincafe

The ANDYs organization invests in the future of the industry by earmarking funds each year to further support the creative endeavors of those beginning their careers. Best In Show within the Student Competition belongs to Crayola – “Ink Up, Wash Out!” from Brigham Young University – BYU AdLab. The Best in Show Student Award comes with a $10,000 Scholarship for the creative team.
