How Do You Price AI Work?

June, 2026.- In partnership with aidea*form, is launching Module 03 called AI Business Implementation. The workshop starts June 2nd. Every Thursday 6–8PM EST for 4 weeks online format.

As AI becomes part of the everyday reality of agencies, studios, and freelance businesses, creative teams everywhere are trying to solve the same challenge: how to integrate AI into real workflows, how to connect it across departments and disciplines, and how to build a pricing model that makes sense for clients and for the business.

Built for agency owners and senior executives, marketers, and creative freelancers, the workshop explores the new agency model and how AI can move from experimentation to implementation. Participants will learn how to create more seamless, connected workflows, how to integrate AI tools into the creative process in a way that works across teams, and how to think through the business side of it all, including pricing structures, service design, and monetization.

“This is the question we get every single day,” said Jose Benitez, the workshop’s instructor and founder of the program. “It doesn’t matter if you’ve been in the industry for 20-plus years or you’re just getting started. Everyone wants to know the same thing: how do I price AI work, and how do I integrate it into an agency workflow in a way that actually works?”

Rather than treating AI as a novelty or isolated tool, Module 03 is built around real-world application. The workshop covers how AI can support a more connected workflow between departments, disciplines, and deliverables, while also helping participants think through whether their business model should be output-based, hourly, value-based, or structured in a new hybrid way.

The module also explores how creative professionals can use tools like Claude, Design, Lovable, and Bolt not as disconnected platforms, but as part of a broader, more seamless workflow that supports actual client work, faster execution, and smarter service offerings.

For agencies of every size, from large networks to boutique shops to independent freelancers, the challenge is no longer whether AI belongs in the process. The challenge is how to implement it in a way that is operationally useful, creatively strong, and financially sustainable.
