London, April 28 2025: Hijinks, the full service creative agency, is bolstering its creative leadership team with the appointments of Gabriel Garcia and Felipe Sampaio as Creative Directors.

Joining Hijinks on 3 June 2025, Gabriel and Felipe will report to Co-Founders and Chief Creative Officers Tamryn Kerr and Marc Allenby.

The duo most recently worked as Creative Directors at Draftline Europe, AB InBev’s in-house creative shop, where they helped lead the creative department and worked on brands including Corona, Stella Artois, and Budweiser.

In their new roles, they will be tasked with delivering world class creative work, supporting the agency’s growth plans, and executing Hijinks’s strategic vision, working across all of its clients. They join following new business wins including Vue cinemas and expanded remits for existing clients including YouTube and Kingfisher Plc.

Gabriel and Felipe have been working as a team for over 15 years in some of the biggest creative capitals in the world, including São Paulo, New York, Paris and London. In addition to working in-house, their experience spans big network agencies such as BBDO, Ogilvy, and Saatchi & Saatchi, as well as independent shop Fred & Farid.

Their most recent standout campaigns include Corona’s sunset celebration “Summer Time is Served”, and “Honest Reviews” for Camden Stout. The pair were also behind Visa’s 2018 Christmas campaign “All I Want For Christmas Is You” and Deutsche Telekom’s “Connected Underwear”.

Their work has been recognised at some of the biggest awards festivals including Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio Awards, and the ANDYs. While at Draftline, they helped the agency win its first ever Cannes Lions, and secured AB InBev Europe’s first Cannes Lions in five years, winning bronze in the PR category with a project for Ukrainian beer brand Chernigivske.

Tamryn Kerr and Marc Allenby said: “We’re delighted to have Gabriel and Felipe join our growing department of talented creatives. They have worked in the biggest creative centres of the planet and that global knowledge has produced creatively ambitious work that gets talked about and shared. We can’t wait to see what they make at Hijinks.”

Gabriel and Felipe added: “We couldn’t be more excited to join Hijinks at this moment in their journey, and ours. They’re building such an ambitious, independent creative agency grounded in positivity and a passion for getting great work out of the door.

“What they’ve achieved in just a year and a half, in terms of both new business and creative output, is incredible. We feel lucky to be part of this next chapter and are excited to help make them the next agency to watch.”
