SÃO PAULO, August 2026 – Melissa, the globally recognized footwear brand celebrated for its innovative design and deep connection to culture, has unveiled the new interface for its official e-commerce platform. Completely redesigned by HAZE Creative Supply, the new website marks a significant step forward in the brand’s digital journey, delivering a smoother, more personalized, and inspiring shopping experience aligned with Melissa’s digital transformation and omnichannel strategy.
Developed through a data-driven approach, the redesign combines browsing behavior analysis, consumer research, platform metrics, and user experience (UX) studies to identify opportunities for improvement across the entire customer journey. The result is a smarter digital environment that minimizes friction, simplifies purchasing decisions, and brings the online shopping experience closer to the immersive world of Melissa.
The project translates the in-store Melissa experience into the digital space by bringing the brand’s creative DNA to life through a cleaner interface, faster loading times, a reorganized information architecture, and mobile-first navigation. From the very first visit, the platform delivers a more personalized experience by taking factors such as the customer’s location into account to display relevant content, product availability, delivery options, and region-specific benefits.
Another key enhancement is the evolution of product discovery. In addition to traditional text search, the platform has been designed to support future search methods such as image recognition, voice search, and natural language queries, reflecting the changing habits of today’s digital consumers. Product filters have also been completely restructured, allowing users to refine results dynamically and view updates in real time, making navigation faster and more intuitive.
“The strategy behind this project was to combine branding and fashion design with an omnichannel shopping experience. HAZE Creative Supply’s curation reflected that vision by bringing together the best fashion design professional in our network with our leading UX and UI experts, creating a highly specialized team. These two leaders guided the project from start to finish,” said Natália Rocha, Partner and Chief Operations Officer at HAZE Creative Supply.
The new platform also adopts a more editorial approach, bringing the e-commerce experience closer to the language of fashion brands. Campaigns, inspirational content, complete looks, and related products are seamlessly integrated into the browsing experience, transforming the website into a destination for both shopping and inspiration without compromising commercial performance.
Among the practical improvements introduced are features such as quick purchasing directly from product listings, sections for recently viewed and saved items, and a redesigned shopping cart that allows users to select only the items they wish to purchase at that moment. This functionality reflects a common consumer behavior, as many shoppers use their cart as a temporary wish list.
The redesigned e-commerce platform also strengthens consumer confidence during the purchasing process by providing more detailed fit and sizing information, customer reviews, user-generated images, and clear indicators for benefits such as free shipping, cashback offers, product availability, and low-stock alerts. Meanwhile, the checkout process has been simplified and reorganized to make completing purchases faster and more intuitive.
“Melissa has always sought to innovate not only through its products but also in the way it connects with its community. Our new e-commerce platform represents an important step in that evolution by transforming consumer data and behavior into a smarter, more personalized digital experience that is fully integrated with the Melissa universe. More than a visual update, we have built a platform designed to evolve alongside new shopping behaviors and strengthen relationships with everyone who is part of the Melissa ecosystem,” said Carolina Galvão de Carvalho, Divisional Digital Commerce Manager.
The new e-commerce experience is now live and available to consumers at www.melissa.com.br.
