Habitat for Humanity GTA has partnered with Juliet to launch a creative and thought-provoking awareness campaign. This strategic alliance marks a significant milestone as Habitat for Humanity GTA prepares for its most substantial public-facing endeavor to date.
After a competitive RFP selection process, Juliet was chosen to spearhead this transformative project. Kailyn Perchalski, vice president of marketing and communications at Habitat for Humanity GTA, noted, “Juliet’s passion, creative energy, and understanding of our multifaceted challenges positioned them as the perfect partner for this initiative. This campaign will reintroduce Habitat GTA and inspire action within our community.”
For decades, Habitat for Humanity GTA has been building quality, affordable homes and fostering stronger, more equitable communities. However, the organization has faced challenges in attracting the necessary resources to significantly expand its impact. “Across the GTA, huge numbers of people, especially working families with good, steady incomes, are being priced out of our communities,” said Perchalski. “Our objective is to wake people up. The public needs to understand that the time to act and change course for our housing crisis is now. We can’t accept the status quo for working families and future generations who are being priced out – and neither should the public. The time to make home possible is now.”
Juliet also started working with Habitat for Humanity GTA in January to redesign their home furniture retail store, ReStore, which is planned to roll out later in 2024.
Juliet eagerly embraced the opportunity to partner with a non-profit organization making a significant difference in the region and is proud to collaborate with Habitat for Humanity GTA, the most recognized provider and advocate of solutions tackling the housing crisis in the Greater Toronto Area.
Together, Habitat for Humanity GTA and Juliet aim to redefine the narrative surrounding affordable housing and create meaningful change within the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
