Houston, TX – May 26, 2026 – Today, full-service agency Gravity Global announces it has named Megan Klingaman as Head of GTM (Americas) and Global Partnerships. Her role includes a focus on complex, growth-oriented organizations requiring integrated GTM strategy, advanced CRM capabilities, and partnership-led demand generation across the agency’s B2B and B2C client roster. Based in Atlanta, Klingaman reports directly to Josh Okun, Chief Innovation Officer at Gravity Global.
“Megan has a rare talent for looking at an intricate marketing ecosystem and instantly identifying hidden growth levers,” said Okun. “She upholds the agency’s expertise for combining strategic storytelling with operational rigor, ensuring marketing efforts are directly tied to pipeline performance and long-term business outcomes. Plus, she’s a people person and great with relationships.”
Since joining Gravity Global, Klingaman has helped advance the agency’s integrated growth approach, connecting partnership strategy, CRM, and demand generation efforts across client engagements and new business initiatives. Her promotion reflects the growing demand for agency partners that can unify media, content, technology, partnerships, and demand generation into cohesive growth strategies. As client expectations evolve beyond traditional marketing disciplines, Gravity Global continues expanding its GTM capabilities to help organizations accelerate revenue growth and business transformation.
“I’m thrilled to take on this new role at a time when brands are demanding much more accountability from their marketing spend,” said Klingaman. “By tightly integrating our GTM strategies with advanced CRM and strong global partnerships, we can help our clients bridge the gap between initial brand awareness and sustained revenue growth. I look forward to scaling these capabilities across our global roster.”
With over a decade of experience, Klingaman previously worked at Goodway Group and Merkle. Outside of the agency, she serves as a member of Exit Five, a leading community for B2B marketing professionals and a volunteer with FOCO Veterans and the Special Olympics.
Klingaman begins in her new role immediately.
