[LONDON] – Marketing communications agency, Golley Slater, today announces the promotion of Abigail Guise, formerly Group Account Director, into the returning role of Client Service Director.
Abigail has played a pivotal role at Golley Slater since joining, having worked across Coca Cola and P&G.
Abigail Guise, Client Service Director, Golley Slater said “With ten years of experience with our core clients, this new role represents an exciting opportunity to focus exclusively on enhancing client experience and driving growth. It feels uniquely tailored compared to typical roles and comes at a perfect time for nurturing existing relationships while attracting new clients that align with Golley Slater’s growth plans.” She continues “I am eager to concentrate on the essential aspects of the Client Services Director role – understanding the market, nurturing client relationships – and am particularly enthusiastic about collaborating with the talented Golley team to create outstanding work and projects for amazing brands.”
“Six years ago, Golley Slater faced a significant transition when our last CSD departed. Recognising the inherent challenges of the role, we chose not to fill it directly. Instead, we restructured our approach, emphasising the unique strengths of our team members,” said Emma Thompson, Head of Agency, Golley Slater.
She continues “With Abigail’s experience and strength embedded in the Golley Slater client team, it was the natural move to create a more bespoke role for her where we can trust in the growth of the business too. Abigail is able to concentrate on the essential aspects of the Client Services Director role—understanding the market, nurturing client relationships, and leveraging her deep knowledge of our industry and I’m excited to see what this next stage in her career has to offer.”
