London, 9th December: Go Inspire, a Xerox company, today announces the growth of its team, marked by five strategic senior hires: the recent appointments of Richard Bell as Chief Commercial Officer, Ben Pigott as Business Development Director, Chris Turner as Sales Director of CX and data services, Kalvin Burt as Director of Creative Services and earlier this year, Pauline Kay as Strategic Sales Lead.

These appointments further solidify Go Inspire’s focus on growth and innovation in delivering industry-leading solutions to its clients.

Richard Bell, who joins as Chief Commercial Officer, brings over three decades of experience in the print and communications industry. Richard’s career has spanned senior leadership roles in client services, procurement, and commercial strategy. Before joining Go Inspire, he held pivotal positions at Communisis and Paragon, working with many of the UK’s most trusted brands on complex transformation programmes.

Pauline Kay, who joined Go Inspire in February, brings 27 years of experience in transactional and multi-channel marketing communications. She specialises in highly regulated industries, offering expertise in hybrid mail, inbound solutions, and digital transformation.

Ben Pigott, also joined from Paragon, where he was Business Development Manager. Ben will be leading new business initiatives, ensuring that Go Inspire continues to build key partnerships across multiple sectors.

Chris Turner, who joined as Sales Director in September, previously held the role of Business Development Director at Sagacity. Chris brings with him experience of working with clients like Tesco, Boots, and BT. He is poised to take Go Inspire’s sales efforts to new heights.

Kalvin Burt, who joins as Creative Lead, brings over 25 years of experience across the creative landscape, including leading onsite and in-house creative teams for major financial services clients and delivering campaigns for household brands, charities, healthcare, and government initiatives. Kalvin will work across Go Inspire and Xerox to align the creative team’s expertise, ensuring clients benefit from best-in-class creative solutions that enhance the end-to-end services offered by Go Inspire. He previously worked at Paragon for over six years.

Pauline Kay said: “Go Inspire is a company I have long admired for its innovative transformational solutions and exceptional project management.

“I was thrilled when Dimitri reached out to me. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join such a passionate team that truly puts the customer at the heart of everything they do. I’m excited to help build lasting relationships with clients and support major outsourcing projects, mergers, and digital transformation solutions to help drive Go Inspire’s customer-focused approach even further.”

Chris Turner said: “Go Inspire’s reputation as an innovative market leader made the decision to join an easy one. The company’s depth of services and commitment to providing real value to clients aligns with my vision. I’m looking forward to helping our clients unlock even more potential and delivering results that matter.”

Ben Pigott said: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Danny Cook in the past, and his passion for Go Inspire was a major draw for me. The company’s disruptive, customer-centric approach and willingness to innovate sets it apart from the competition.”

Kalvin Burt said: “I’m really excited to join Go Inspire. I’ve always had a passion for creative and have worked across the entire mix of deliverables and sectors throughout my career. I look forward to collaborating with the amazing talent and solutions at Go Inspire to deliver exceptional results for our clients and partners alike.”

Richard Bell added: “At Go Inspire, my mission is to drive innovative commercial strategies that fuel both profit and sales growth, while responding to the evolving market. The intersection of print and digital offers transformative potential for client-customer relationships and Go Inspire is uniquely positioned to lead this charge. The breadth of services, facilities, and brands we work with is truly impressive, and I’m excited to contribute to this exceptional team.”

Dimitri Kyprianou, Group Managing Director at Go Inspire, commented on the appointments: “We’re excited to welcome Richard, Ben, Chris, Kalvin, and Pauline to the team.
