Melbourne, February 19, 2024: Glow, the end-to-end survey platform, has released an upgrade that improves affordability and delivers a step-change in performance.

The latest release incorporates multiple feature enhancements, enabling agencies and marketers to conduct high-quality market research more efficiently and affordably.

“Political, social and economic uncertainty make it more important than ever to stay on top of changes in consumer attitudes and behaviour. But right now, budgets for conducting research are tight. We’re trying to help solve this problem by making research easier and more affordable,” says Tim Clover, CEO of Glow. “This major release delivers a massive upgrade in analysis, dashboarding and collaboration features combined with a simple pay-as-you-need-it model.  It provides more power for professionals and better support for budding researchers when they need it.”

Key Platform Upgrades:

  • No subscriptions – Simply pay for responses and services as you need them.
  • Enhanced Survey Templates – Quick start templates for budding researchers, with enhanced IP control for professionals using their own research frameworks.
  • BYO design – Use Glow’s AI scripting tool to transform your survey from any format into Glow, ready for testing before release.
  • Significant analysis overhaul – Create on-platform filters and crosstabs, apply significance testing and share data in multiple formats online and offline.
  • Custom dashboards – Brandable dashboards that show user-defined data slices across any selection of survey questions. Share links with others to unlock a free interactive digital deliverable.
  • AI quality assurance – Additional layers of data quality assessment using AI on top of human analysis and intervention.

Matt Scotton, Chief Product Officer at EssenceMediacom, commented, “The interface in the platform is incredibly easy to use. We can export straight into a presentation, generate the insight we need, and bring it into the wider work we’ve got going on.” He added, “There are very few that understand the pace of working with a media agency. The Glow team are amazing to be able to embrace the hustle and move as fast as we do.”

“We’ve been using Glow for a couple of years, and the latest upgrades make the platform even faster and more intuitive compared to other survey platforms,” added Blake Gladman, Strategy & Insight Director at KAM.
