Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network NSW – Just the Place (Silver – Brand Experience)
In collaboration with Justice Health NSW, Focus Creative developed a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to challenge misconceptions about working in the organisation. By crafting an authentic and inspiring narrative, the campaign successfully reshaped perceptions, strengthening recruitment efforts and positioning Justice Health NSW as an employer of choice.

The campaign’s creative execution ensured a cohesive and impactful brand launch across multiple markets, reinforcing De’Longhi’s position as a leader in premium coffee experiences.
