Created by Chemistry, an independent agency built on creativity, technology, and culture, the campaign is based on the platform Satisfaction Perfected, the work is rooted in a timely truth: when money is tight, people do not want to gamble on meals. Five Guys is positioned as the sure bet: fresh, generous, and consistent, with a made-to-order experience built around real ingredients, cooked-to-order craft, big portions, and the sensory rituals customers know by heart.
Rather than a single execution, the work takes a familiar truth about the brand and turns it into a broader platform, extending the “your guy” idea across burgers, fries, shakes, hot dogs, and the full Five Guys experience.
Rolling out across film, social, digital, audio, and in-store, the work gives Five Guys a broader brand platform while reinforcing the qualities that have defined it for more than 40 years: reliability, quality, and a meal people know will hit every time.
