Famous Footwear is on a mission to help everyone feel famous in their own shoes. They’re breaking out of the typical warm and fuzzy, holiday norms and creating real and relatable shoe moments. With the goal to drive traffic in-store and online to Famous Footwear for the trendy holiday must-have shoes, Famous has partnered once again with THE MAYOR to create a new spot promoting its ultra-giftable footwear this holiday season.
The spot titled ‘Unwrap Famous’ focuses on a staple of many childhoods, a truth every adult has most likely experienced – a school performance. School recitals are a very authentic reality, especially around the holiday season, where the kids (and their shoes) look great up on stage…but maybe don’t sound so remarkable. Noteworthy fashion and cute kids always make up for slightly off-key holiday classics.
‘Unwrap Famous’ is currently running :15 and :30 second spots across TV, OLV and radio. This is THE MAYOR’s second seasonal effort in partnership with Famous Footwear, following the award of the business in Spring of 2024.
