electriclime° are delighted to welcome award-winning Australian filmmaker Henry Schofield to their director roster.
The talented director will be represented exclusively in Asia and MENA, and on a freelance basis in Australia and New Zealand.
Specialising in sports, automotive and lifestyle work, his use of visual-based imagery and fast-moving pictures gives his work a distinct authenticity.
With a strong background in cinematography and post production, he innately knows exactly what he wants to capture in order to make an impactful edit.
He has worked on campaigns for top brands such as Genesis, Toyota, POC Sports, Adidas and many more.
Schofield said: “When I first met with Executive Producer Shahn Devendran he said to me that the craft of filmmaking is the most important thing at electriclime°.
“Before worrying about budgets and schedules, electriclime° encourages their directors to flex their creative muscle and assemble the most talented team to get the best result.
“Basically they want to make films that have never been seen before, and they’re hungry to build the best teams to do it.
“And it isn’t just empty words. Take a look at Leigh Powis’s Betr spot and you’ll see exactly what I mean.
“I’m looking for opportunities to build and release tension. After all that’s what great storytelling is, the control of tension. The minute you’ve flatlined the script, the audience checks out.
“Being a visual director I also look for opportunities to implement any crazy shots I can make that will wow the audience.”
