Special conditions allow participants to plan submissions, secure their place at the festival, and define entries later, with the online phase opening on July 1.
April 2026 – El Ojo de Iberoamérica has opened its Early Registration System for the 2026 edition, inviting the industry to begin planning its participation in the festival, which will take place on November 11, 12, and 13 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The initiative offers exclusive benefits, including discounts of up to 20% for companies that confirm their registration by May 15.
As the leading international festival with a Latin perspective on creativity, communication, and entertainment, El Ojo has showcased the region’s talent to the world for more than 28 years.
“It is a space for exchange, connection, and recognition of the very best our industry has to offer. Over the years, the festival has expanded boundaries, fostered business, and brought different markets closer together,” says Santiago Keller Sarmiento, President of El Ojo de Iberoamérica.
Early Registration System
The Early Registration System remains a strategic opportunity for agencies, production companies, advertisers, and professionals to organize their participation in El Ojo with greater predictability and competitive advantage. The model allows participants to secure a volume of ideas and cases through advance payment and, later—starting July 1, when the online phase opens—decide which pieces will be officially entered into the festival.
In practice, companies lock in more advantageous commercial conditions now while gaining time to curate the best work that will represent their operations.
Book Modality
The festival also maintains the “Book” modality, a submission package with differentiated pricing based on the number of entries, further expanding planning possibilities. This format allows participation in the Iberoamérica awards and automatic entry into El Ojo +Women and Best Country Idea (El Ojo Local), subject to an additional processing fee.
For 2026, the Book will be available in two versions—Standard and Premium—allowing combinations of different awards and entry volumes, ranging from 5 to 50 pieces. The goal is to provide greater flexibility so agencies, production companies, and advertisers can optimize their investments and expand their presence at the festival. Both the Early Registration System and the Book packages will be available until May 15.
If companies wish to register additional pieces or campaigns, they may do so either now or later when online registration opens on July 1, according to the rate card in effect at that time.
