The ANDY Awards 2025 global jury has been unveiled, bringing together 25 of the world’s top creative minds to form an integrated panel that will review entries across multiple criteria. The jury, led by a single group of Jury Presidents, will benefit from rich, in-depth discussions that elevate the judging process. Among the distinguished names joining this panel is Tara Ford, Chief Creative Officer at Droga5 Australia and CCO of Accenture Song APAC.

Ford is part of an esteemed roster that includes global leaders in the creative industry, such as Chaka Sobhani (President and Global CCO, DDB), Liz Taylor (Global CCO, Ogilvy), Chris Beresford-Hill (Worldwide CCO, BBDO), Richard Brim (CCO, adam&eveDDB London), Bianca Guimarães (ECD & Founding Partner, Mischief), Jaime Robinson (Co-Founder & CCO, Joan), Javier Campopiano (Global Chief Creative Officer, McCann Worldgroup), Rei Inamoto (Founder & CCO, I&CO), and Icaro Doria (President & CCO, DM9).

In addition to her role on the global jury, Ford also chairs the Pacific Jury, which includes prominent figures like Paul Nagy (CCO Asia-Pacific, VML), Emma Robbins (ECD, M&C Saatchi Melbourne), Julian Schreiber (Partner and CCO, Special Australia), Shane Bradnick (CCO, TBWA New Zealand), and Paul Meates (ECD, CHEP Sydney).

The International ANDY Awards is the first major show of the year and has, for over 60 years, stood as one of the industry’s most prestigious accolades for creative excellence. The ANDYs are celebrated for recognizing innovation, craft, and bravery in advertising, and are known as a reliable indicator of the year’s best work.

The awards are idea-based and accept submissions across all mediums, with entries judged through three core lenses: Craft, Reset/Innovation, and Bravery. This structure creates an equal playing field, as there are no rigid categories that could limit creative expression. Instead, it ensures that every entry is judged based on its merit and impact.
