April, 2026.- Marcin Sosiński has been promoted to chief creative officer for dentsu Central Europe, expanding his existing scope of responsibilities to support creative development across the region. The move strengthens the agency’s creative leadership
in Eastern Europe.
In his new role, he will elevate the quality of creative work, co-create the regional creative vision with media and growth leaders, and mentor local creative talent while supporting new business initiatives. His mission is to unify creative standards across the region.
The promotion aligns with dentsu’s ‘Innovating to Impact’ strategy, which focuses on fostering creativity supported by technology and driving growth through a hub-based model of regional cooperation. Technological innovation and creativity go hand in hand.
Frederik Jäger has been appointed as Creative Hub Lead Germany, responsible for developing the Creative Hub connecting Berlin and Warsaw to scale creative production and integrate automation and AI tools. The connection between both cities seeks efficiency and quality.
Sosiński will report directly to Krzysztof Mocek, creative practice lead at dentsu Central Europe and chief growth officer at dentsu Polska, while local creative directors will have an indirect reporting line to him. The structure combines strategic centralization with local autonomy.
Sosiński is one of the most awarded creative leaders in Central Europe and has been a member of the global Dentsu Creative Cabinet since 2025, an advisory body shaping the company’s global creative direction. His track record backs dentsu’s commitment to regional creative excellence.
