Decidr, the only ASX-listed AI engine (DAI), continues to lead transformation in the corporate learning and development space. Today, it announced a commercial agreement with Scentia Australia Pty Ltd, operator of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).
The agreement follows the launch of AI Mentor with Growth Faculty last week, and will see Decidr’s agentic AI technology embedded across AIM’s learning and education ecosystem, representing a significant expansion of Decidr’s footprint in professional training over an initial two-year term.
Under the partnership, AIM will implement the Decidr platform across a whole-of-business initiative, deploying a custom-built suite of AI agents across AIM’s digital learning environments. These include real-time coaching, adaptive assessment, dynamic content sequencing, enrolment discovery and support, and backend automation to enhance efficiency across instructional design and delivery.
Decidr and AIM will also develop a new Agentic AI app tailored for AIM’s corporate customers.
David Brudenell, Executive Chairman of Decidr, said: “Our strategy of embedding Decidr agents through trusted domain partners continues to gain momentum. Following the success of our AI Mentor products with Growth Faculty, we’re proud to be partnering with AIM to bring tailored, scalable AI solutions to one of Australia’s most respected education brands. This marks another step in building a defensible, partner-powered ecosystem that extends Decidr’s reach into high-impact business environments.”
Steven Smith, Chief Technology Officer at AIM, said: “Partnering with Decidr reflects our commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation in education. By embedding Agentic AI into our learner experience, we can deliver more personalised, scalable, and engaging pathways for professionals and organisations alike. This collaboration builds on our digital evolution and strengthens our ability to provide meaningful outcomes across Australia’s workforce.”
The partnership originated from the success of Decidr’s earlier collaboration with Growth Faculty, where Decidr co-developed and launched AI Mentor, a leadership learning tool built around the intellectual content of expert mentors. AIM’s engagement builds directly on that initiative, expanding Decidr’s role in workforce education by applying the same agentic infrastructure to formal vocational and leadership training.
The partnership joins existing deployments across HR, content, and employment with businesses like CareerOne, Go1, ELMO and Growth Faculty.
