David Dalgarno appointed group strategy director Carat Melbourne

David Dalgarno has been appointed group strategy director at Carat Melbourne, joining a nation strategy team of 13.

He joins after a two years as strategic planning director at independent creative agency Mustard.  Previously he was group strategy director at OMD, Sydney.
