London 13 July 2026: Coolr, one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent social media agencies, today announces senior changes within its influencer marketing team, with the promotion of Emma Roffey to Head of Influencer and the appointment of Natalie Stagnaro as Director of Influencer, as the agency continues to scale its influencer offering.
In her role as Head of Influencer, Roffey will lead the continued growth and development of Coolr’s influencer offering, overseeing campaign delivery across the client portfolio and shaping the strategic direction of the discipline as demand for creator-led marketing accelerates. Stagnaro, as Director of Influencer, will focus on deepening senior client partnerships and creator relationships, while also driving the commercial growth and evolution of the practice as it continues to scale.
Roffey joined Coolr in 2024 as Influencer Strategy Lead, and since joining has led influencer-led campaigns for clients including Compare The Market, Deliveroo and Starling Bank as well as milestone pitch wins for John Lewis and Muller.
Roffey has more than seven years’ experience across influencer marketing, social media and brand partnerships. Prior to Coolr, Roffey held roles at creator commerce platform LTK and Klarna, working across social, influencer and consumer marketing roles.
Stagnaro joins Coolr with more than 13 years of experience at the forefront of influencer marketing. Stagnaro’s experience spans both network and independent agencies, having held senior roles at Dentsu, including Gleam Futures, as well as Fanbytes/Brainlabs and Influencer. Throughout her career she has helped build creator marketing capabilities across some of the industry’s most influential agencies, leading programmes for market-leading global brands while scaling teams and shaping the evolution of influencer marketing as a core communications discipline.
Olivia Blairman, Managing Director, UK at Coolr, said: “Influencer marketing is increasingly becoming central to how brands show up on social, as it’s proven to build trust and relevance among consumers. We’re seeing it come through more and more in our briefs, with clients looking for content that can connect with the audiences that matter to them. I’m really proud of Emma and the work she’s done so far in building our influencer offering, and it’s been fantastic to welcome Natalie to the team, given the experience she brings and the energy she’s already added to the team.”
Emma Roffey, Head of Influencer at Coolr, said: “Stepping into the role of Head of Influencer at Coolr is a real pinch-me moment. I’ve loved my time working across the agency’s influencer offering and it’s been incredibly rewarding to help shape work in such a fast-moving space, alongside a hugely talented team. Influencer marketing is having such a moment right now, and I’m excited to build on that momentum and continue growing what we do at Coolr.”
Natalie Stagnaro, Director of Influencer at Coolr, said: “Coolr is such a powerhouse in the social space, growing rapidly and consistently setting the pace with standout, culture-led work. It’s such an exciting time to join at such a strong point in its growth, and to be part of a team that’s clearly one to watch. I can’t wait to help drive the continued expansion of the influencer division, building on what’s already been achieved, and pushing the creative even further for clients.”
