NEW YORK – As enterprise marketers navigate rapidly shifting customer expectations, platform change and AI-driven transformation, the work requires more than great ideas. It requires a modern creative engine that connects brand narrative to the systems that power experience, performance and decision-making. Code and Theory, the digital transformation network within Stagwell, today announced that Harsh Kapadia has been appointed Head of Enterprise Creative.
Kapadia will establish and lead Enterprise Creative, supporting the company’s growing enterprise relationships, including Adobe and IBM and expanding how Code and Theory brings creative leadership into transformation programs.
Kapadia joins Code and Theory after serving as Chief Creative Officer of Grey India, returning to New York with a two-decade career spanning four continents and leadership roles across Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. His work has helped shape brands and businesses for some of the world’s most influential organizations, including Google, Kraft, United States Postal Service, Reckitt, P&G, Motorola, LEGO, New Balance, Diageo, Ford and the Australian Government.
Kapadia’s appointment comes as Code and Theory continues to deepen its partnership with Adobe, including the debut of the Creative Intelligence System (CIS) at Adobe Summit. Code and Theory also announced the Content Operating System for Sports (COS) at Cannes. CIS and COS are the first solutions resulting from a three-year co-development effort between Code and Theory and Adobe’s Partner Solutions Group.
Kapadia says: “Creativity is an engine for scale, not just a communications function. Joining Code and Theory is an opportunity to fuse deep insights with technology, data, and design so our work does more than just launch, it alters behavior, unlocks enterprise value, and shapes culture.”
Craig Elimeliah, Chief Creative Officer at Code and Theory says: “Harsh is the rare creative leader who can move seamlessly between brand meaning and business reality, between craft and systems thinking. As we build our Creative Enterprise division and expand relationships with our enterprise partners, Harsh will help define what enterprise creativity looks like when it’s connected end-to-end: from insight to experience to impact.”
