Los Angeles, Calif. (July 23, 2206) — CNC Agency (CNC), the experiential marketing agency, announced today that it has appointed Eric Schoenberg as Senior Vice President of Operations. The hire comes as the agency continues its trajectory as one of the fastest-growing independent experiential firms in the country.
In his role, Schoenberg will oversee CNC’s day-to-day operations while leading the development of the structure, systems, and processes that will power the agency’s next phase of growth. He will strengthen operational infrastructure, advance AI-enabled workflows and optimize project delivery, resource management and cross-functional integration to improve efficiency, scalability and client delivery across the organization. His appointment reflects CNC’s continued investment in building an operating model that matches the agency’s momentum. The agency has grown from 20 to 55 employees in a single year, earned back-to-back Adweek Fastest Growing Agency recognition, landed on the 2025 Inc. 5000 and produced some of the year’s most talked-about brand experiences for Uber, Gap, Dunkin’, L’Oréal and other top-tier brands.
“We’ve spent the last five years delivering experiences for the biggest brands in the world,” said Ryan Glick, CEO and Founder of CNC Agency. “We have wild ambitions for what CNC becomes next, and Eric is the operator to build the foundation underneath them. He’s done this before at the highest levels of the industry, and I couldn’t be more excited for what we build together.”
Schoenberg brings nearly two decades of agency operations experience to the role. He most recently served as COO at Antenna Group, and prior to that spent seven years at Edelman, where he rose to General Manager, Head of New York Operations and Integration. Earlier in his career, he spent nine years at MRY, joining as an early employee and growing with the agency through its expansion and eventual acquisition by Publicis Groupe.
“I’ve spent my career helping agencies navigate periods of transformation and growth, and CNC represents one of the most compelling opportunities I’ve seen in the industry,” said Schoenberg. “The team has built extraordinary momentum, and I’m excited to help strengthen the operational engine behind the business so we can continue to scale, innovate and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and employees alike.”
