Independent agency By All Means (BAM) is on a winning streak, recently appointing Grace Hurley as Art Director and securing the role of lead creative agency for Destination Marketing at the City of Melbourne after a highly competitive pitch.
Hurley transitions to BAM from Wunderman Thompson (now VML), where she worked on major accounts including Nestlé, Kellogg’s, Treasury Wine Estates, Visit Canberra, and Victoria Police. Her impressive portfolio also includes a silver win at the Cannes Young Lions.
At BAM, Hurley pairs up with copywriter Liam Ratliff, who joined in 2023 from Ogilvy. Ratliff has already made significant contributions to campaigns for Gordon Legal, Always Fresh, MyPlanManager, Bridge Road Brewers, and City of Melbourne. He was also selected as one of the 30 under 30 globally for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
The City of Melbourne win follows several major client acquisitions for BAM, including national commercial law firm Macpherson Kelley, Tasmanian electricity corporation TasNetworks, and an expanded remit with global childcare business Junior Adventures Group.
Mat Cummings, Managing Partner at BAM, says: “With a new dream client, a hot new creative team, and some very exciting announcements soon to be made, it really does feel like we’re on a roll.”
