M&C Saatchi Melbourne has appointed Christopher McKee, former Creative Director at McCann London and Wunderman Thompson, as its newest Creative Director, reporting directly to National ECD Emma Robbins.
McKee, originally from Birmingham and raised in London, began his creative journey in 2008 at BD Network in London. Over the years, he built an impressive portfolio, working with Digitas UK, Spark44, and taking on Creative Director roles at Wunderman Thompson and McCann London.
A Seamless Transition to Australia
In August 2024, McKee relocated to Australia, where he worked freelance on a successful pitch for L’Oréal Paris on behalf of 2045 Agency. The win was revealed by CB in October, further showcasing McKee’s creative expertise and strategic acumen.

During his career in the UK, McKee contributed to major campaigns for globally recognized brands, including Xbox, eBay, BT, TSB, and Sky Sports. His work has earned prestigious accolades, including a Gold Cannes Lion and a D&AD Yellow Pencil, cementing his reputation as a leading creative talent in the industry.
