April, 2025.- Cheil UK has taken a significant step in solidifying its leadership structure with the promotion of Michael Chadwick to the newly created role of Managing Director, Solutions. Chadwick will work alongside Rikke Wichmann-Bruun, recently appointed as Managing Director, Client Services, with both reporting directly to UK CEO Chris Camacho. Together, this leadership duo is set to guide Cheil UK through its next phase of growth and innovation.
The move comes amid a wave of strategic hires and promotions at the agency, reinforcing its ambition to be the leading connected commerce agency, delivering integrated digital and retail experiences at scale. These leadership changes reflect Cheil’s commitment to unifying technology, creative, strategy, and experience design to tackle complex client challenges with agility and innovation.
Chadwick transitions into this role from his position as Head of Strategy & Experience, now taking charge of product innovation and the development of end-to-end client solutions. His appointment coincides with a broader leadership evolution at Cheil UK, including key roles in digital, account management, delivery, and retail marketing—all aimed at accelerating the agency’s momentum following recent client wins, including Samsung.
