São Paulo, April 2026 – Pomarola, the first tomato sauce brand in Brazil, presents a new film in its campaign “The Guy with the Sauce,” once again starring Chay Suede. Created by MRM Brasil, the new piece maintains the concept “Only those who have Pomarola have the sauce” and features the actor this time in a playful parody inspired by the classic Interview with the Vampire.
In the film, Chay appears as a vampire in a cinematic atmosphere, with striking aesthetics and humor, reinforcing the brand’s association with the cultural territory of the expression “having the sauce,” which has become popular on social media as a synonym for charisma, style, and presence.
The campaign will be released in 90-second and 30-second versions, distributed across different platforms, expanding Pomarola’s digital presence and strengthening the continuity of the creative universe developed since the first phase.
“With this campaign, we continue to evolve a concept that was born from a real movement in digital culture and that only Pomarola can legitimately own. The vampire film is another example of how we translate this territory with humor, entertainment, and brand consistency,” says Guilherme Medici, Creative Director at MRM Brasil.
With strong digital performance, the previous phase of the campaign recorded 26.6 million views on YouTube and totaled more than 89 million impressions across digital platforms (Meta, YouTube, and TikTok).
“Since the first phase, the campaign has received a very positive response, with high engagement and real impact for the brand. In the second stage, we saw this movement strengthen even further, showing that audiences embraced the concept and that Pomarola gained even more relevance in cultural conversations. This new film arrives to keep this story alive and further expand the campaign’s reach,” says Daniel Pontes, Marketing Lead for Cargill’s tomato-based category.
Production is once again handled by Noir Tropical, Chay Suede’s own production company, where he not only stars but also contributes to the creative development alongside MRM Brasil.
