ISLA, an independent creative agency with offices in Argentina, Mexico and Brazil – the latter headed by Ricardo John – announces the arrival of Cassio Moron as Head of Art.
With over 30 years’ professional experience in the advertising market, Cassio has worked for major agencies in offices in Brazil and abroad, including: Y&R Lisbon, Madrid and Miami, Lowe, Talent, Loducca and JWT. His last position was at Suno, as Creative Director. In his career, the creative has won awards at the most renowned national and international festivals, such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio Awards, LIA, Creation Club Festival and ADC.
“ISLA has three premises that we don’t give up in our relationship with our brands and clients: seniority, depth and intimacy. In addition to his talent, Cássio has experience, which translates into seniority in the relationship with clients, and he has depth in his deliveries, considering the most important thing: a lot of criteria. And it is this criterion that will make our work deepen, evolve and become ever more creative. He was also my partner for three years, so I know him very well!” explains Ricardo John, CEO and ECD of ISLA.
About the challenge he faces when he takes over as Head of Art at the agency, Moron says: “The challenge is the same as always – to do excellent work for our clients with the best possible execution, since execution is part of the idea. And, of course, to do this together with people, after all ISLA is people, that’s what it’s all about.”
