April, 2026.- The Cannes Lions 2026 awards jury has been announced, composed of industry experts who will set the global creative standard during the International Festival of Creativity in Cannes this June. The lineup reflects an industry in full evolution.
This year’s lineup reflects the evolution of the creative industry, with more disciplines, brands, independent agencies, and greater representation from Africa, the Pacific, MENA, and Latin America. The festival broadens its focus to regions traditionally underrepresented.
For the first time, Lion-winning jurors from the Dominican Republic and Venezuela have been included, marking a milestone in the festival’s history. Geographic diversity reaches new heights in the 2026 edition.
The jury will gather to award the most creative and impactful work, setting a new standard and making history in this year’s edition. The selection includes a diversity of profiles that demonstrates how the creative industry is evolving.
Notable jury presidents include Aaron Starkman (Rethink) for Outdoor, Chaka Sobhani (TBWA) for Titanium, Pelle Sjoenell (ex Droga5) for Film, and Marcel Marcondes (AB InBev) for Creative Brand. The list combines the best of global creativity with an eye on the future.
The festival will take place in Cannes during June, where this exceptional group of experts will define the parameters that will guide the industry over the next year. Eyes from around the world will be on the French Riviera.
