São Paulo, September 2026 – Perdomo announces the appointment of Bruno Érnica as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Érnica is the first executive to hold the position in the company’s history, in a move that marks the evolution of its organisational structure and supports its accelerated national expansion plan.
The creation of the role reinforces the company’s decision to make strategic investments in branding, innovation, consumer experience and commercial growth. To lead this new chapter, Perdomo sought an executive with strong recognition within Brazil’s advertising industry.
Érnica has built his career in advertising agencies, with a focus on the convergence of creativity, strategy and content. In recent years, he served as Executive Creative Director (ECD) at Ampfy, where he led the agency’s largest department, comprising around 80 professionals, and worked on projects for brands including Perdigão, Bauducco, Outback and Risqué. Throughout his career, he has received national and international awards and has become a recognised figure in branding, digital platforms and the creation of meaningful conversations between brands and consumers.
“We are experiencing an important moment for the brand. We have grown consistently and understood that it was time to take an even more strategic step in building the brand. Bruno brings together a rare combination of creative vision, business understanding and deep knowledge of consumer behaviour. His arrival strengthens our ambition to make Perdomo one of the most admired brands in the country,” says Mariana Perdomo, founder of the company.
Founded in Goiás, Perdomo has been expanding its national presence without losing the essence that has made it well known and loved by consumers: artisanal products, a distinctive brand experience and communication capable of transforming everyday moments into emotional connections.
“Few companies manage to grow while preserving authenticity, purpose and closeness to people. That is what I found at Perdomo. There is enormous potential to expand a brand that transcends its category, builds cultural relevance and establishes genuine connections with consumers,” explains Bruno, whose challenge will be to help transform a genuinely Brazilian brand into a national benchmark.
