Minneapolis, MN (June 1, 2026)—Broadhead has named Heather Lee SVP, Media. The move marks the second high-level appointment in a month for the agency, whose pioneering work in AI continues to attract top clients and talent.
As SVP, Group Media Director at Colle McVoy, Lee led award-winning, culturally fluent media programs for such brands as Vitamix, Bob Evans, CHS/Cenex, and Associate Bank. She has also held media leadership roles with TDA Boulder, Stagwell’s Assembly, and Saatchi & Saatchi. Her appointment follows a period of rapid momentum for broadhead as the agency continues investing in AI-enabled creative, strategy, and media capabilities. She joins Chief Creative Officer Gil Munios, another Colle McVoy alum and recent addition to the agency’s leadership team, as broadhead attracts senior talent seeking to help shape the future of marketing through AI.
At broadhead, Lee will oversee all media planning, investment and partnership across the agency’s client roster, which includes Abbott, Daimler and UnitedHealthcare. She plans to bring AI innovation to media and measurement as the next step in an AI transformation that has produced record client growth and productivity.
“Heather brings exactly the combination of skills that this moment in media requires,” said Emilie Hitch, Chief Strategy Officer at broadhead. “She has the hunger and energy to push the discipline forward, the clarity to see where media is actually heading as a practice area, and a track record of building teams with curiosity, drive, and innovation. She understands how to translate audiences into revenue for clients.”
“Broadhead has created a culture where experimentation and innovation are truly embedded in the work,” said Lee. “The opportunity to democratize access to AI-powered strategy, measurement and media capabilities for clients of all sizes is incredibly compelling. Broadhead is proving that brands of any size can access the same sophistication, speed and smart creative that was once limited to the biggest advertisers.”
