THE magic of Chinese New Year returns in 2022 as we can now rejoice together with family and friends, albeit under strict SOP.

To usher in Chinese New Year 2022, the good folks at Coca-Cola Malaysia invite people to celebrate togetherness and community spirit.

Welcome the Tiger with toast-worthy designs, as Coca-Cola has released six limited-edition cans for the festive season.

Share a can with your loved ones, as we continue to build connections and memories with the people close to us.

Coca-Cola’s limited-edition designs showcase this year’s CNY zodiac sign, with a family of tigers on its Rasa Asli dan Tanpa Kalori range – making the cans a collectors’ items.

“The brand philosophy of Coca- Cola is simple – we believe that real magic is everywhere,” says Coca-Cola frontline marketing director Rina Surya.

“We consider ourselves fortunate to be part of every table and witness the real magic of human connections, especially during Chinese New Year season, whether these connections are made physically or virtually.”

She adds that the brand is excited to launch its multifaceted #Bring Home the Magic campaign for the Chinese New Year.

Aside from the gorgeous CNY-themed designs on its cans, Coca-Cola also highlights the bond of family in its heart-warming festive short film(view Coca-Cola Chinese New Year Real Magic on YouTube).

The 30-second animated video features the return of a prodigal tiger cub to her family’s reunion meal.

While relations were frosty initially, thanks to a sibling’s intervention with a Coca-Cola drink, father and cub finally warm up to each other for a happy ending.

In the spirit of this CNY video, Coca-Cola hopes to be a part of your magical family moments with its Family Reunion Trivia Challenge.

You can choose the “Get challenged” or “Play together now” options to win exciting prizes.

All you need to do is ask any family member five simple questions to see how well you know each other.

Better still, gather everyone around and open the questions to all, to see who the blur sotong is in the family.

This year, let us all #Bring Home the Magic of Chinese New Year – with new beginnings, new moments, and real magic.
