November 3rd 2025: Brave Bison today announces two senior hires into its Performance division, marking a key step in expanding its footprint across North America and supporting continued growth for clients in the region.
Stephen will lead client partnerships for New Balance and drive new business across the region, helping to strengthen the agency’s performance offering in North America as demand continues to grow.
He brings over a decade of experience across paid media and digital transformation, joining Brave Bison from Acronym Media, where he served as Director of Search. His previous roles span Merkle and a leading AI linguistics software company in Germany.
Over his career, Stephen has delivered award-winning work for brands including Cisco, Wolters Kluwer, Sprint/T-Mobile, JPMorgan, Informatica, Mavis, Four Seasons and Sonesta.
Stephanie joins Brave Bison following a successful tenure leading global paid social strategy across multiple travel and retail brands. She will be focused on driving new business and supporting client growth alongside Stephen as Brave Bison continues to expand its North American operations.
Stephanie brings a diverse background in brand, retail, and agency environments, having previously held senior roles at MuteSix and Techtronic Industries. She has overseen multimillion-dollar paid media budgets and led cross-market teams across the US, UK, and South Africa.
Her appointment follows Brave Bison’s recent success at Meta’s Agency Awards, where the agency won a Creative Diversification award in both the UK and Canada for it’s work with the Travel Corporation.
Commenting on his appointment, Stephen said: “What drew me to Brave Bison is its energy and ambition. I’m excited to help strengthen our North American footprint and bring even more integration between strategy and performance for clients. There’s a real opportunity here to build something special and I can’t wait to get started.”
Stephanie added: “Having worked with Brave Bison from the brand side, I already knew how collaborative and driven this team is. Joining them feels like the perfect next step. I’m passionate about performance marketing that genuinely moves the needle for brands, and I’m thrilled to now help lead that effort as we grow across North America, especially following the incredible success of our Meta award-winning work.”
On both appointments, Hannah Kimuyu said: “I’m thrilled to welcome both Steph and Stephen to the team as we further scale our North America operations.
“Steph and Stephen bring incredible experience, high energy, and a shared vision that aligns perfectly with the agile delivery model we’ve built across Europe. I’m excited to see how they help us elevate our presence and impact in North America.”
