London, 03.02.26: Brave Bison today announces the appointment of Izzie Glazzard as Head of Growth & Publishing within its Media Network division.
Reporting to Paul Reid, Head of Content at Brave Bison, Izzie’s appointment reflects a continued investment in senior publishing leadership as the business scales its owned and operated social channels across Snapchat, Meta and TikTok, including flagship brand The Hook.
Izzie will lead Brave Bison’s multi-platform content strategy across its Media Network, overseeing audience development and channel performance for owned and operated social channels.
Together with the licensing, production and editorial teams, Izzie will shape content output, optimise performance through data and reporting, and support both audience growth and revenue development.
Izzie joins from PinkNews, where she was Growth & Publishing Strategist, overseeing the performance of the publisher’s owned and operated social channels. In this role, she focused on audience development, and the operational frameworks required to support sustainable growth across social-first publishing.
