Born Social launches Born Ready Client Services Apprenticeship to open industry doors for under-represented talent

London, 5th December 2025 – Global social-first creative agency Born Social has today launched the Born Ready Client Services Apprenticeship, a new 12–18 month paid programme designed to broaden access to the marketing industry and diversify the pipeline into client services.

The initiative marks a significant step forward for the agency’s grassroots talent strategy. Building on its B Corp commitments and the success of its summer trainee scheme, the apprenticeship creates a structured, accessible route into the industry for people who may not otherwise find one.

Born Social is recruiting two Account Executive apprentices who will join the agency on the London Living Wage in a hybrid set-up, working three days a week in the office. Over the 12–18 month programme, apprentices will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day client delivery for some of the agency’s most exciting brands, while spending 20% of their time in structured learning as they work towards either a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer or Level 4 Marketing Executive qualification through Apprentify. The programme is designed to equip them with real client experience, marketing fundamentals and a clear pathway into a permanent Account Executive role.

The apprenticeship ladders up to the wider Born Ready mission to elevate under-represented and under-supported talent, ensuring that access to creative careers is not determined by degrees, connections or financial privilege.

The scheme is open to applicants aged 18+ who are early in their career or entering the industry for the first time, with a particular focus on those from under-represented or under-supported backgrounds. Applicants must not be in active education and must have the right to work in the UK with three years’ residency.

Kate Higham, Managing Director, Born Social, said: “Born Ready is built on the belief that talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t. This apprenticeship is a practical step towards changing that. Our goal is to make the industry more accessible by opening the door to people from underrepresented backgrounds and giving them the support they need to thrive. The programme is designed to create a genuinely inclusive environment where apprentices feel valued, respected and empowered to bring their own perspectives to the work. It’s about widening the pipeline, strengthening our industry and helping emerging talent not just enter the agency world, but excel in it.”

Applications open today (5 December 2025) at this link and close on 6 January 2026, with apprentices starting in February 2026.
