Born Social launches Born Creator Community, a creator-powered brand-building engine built to scale human creativity in the AI era

London and New York, 23rd July 2026 – Global social-first creative agency Born Social, part of Croud, has launched the Born Creator Community (BCC), a global creator platform designed to help brands scale authentic, social-first content at a time when social feeds are increasingly flooded with AI-generated creative.

The platform combines Born Social’s vetted creator communities with Croud’s proprietary Croudie Network technology, developed over more than 15 years, creating a new operating model that helps brands scale creative collaboration with real people. It streamlines creator onboarding, selection, briefing, feedback and content delivery, allowing brands to produce high volumes of culturally relevant content without losing creative oversight or brand consistency.

Unlike traditional creator marketing models, Born Creator Community includes perpetual usage rights, allowing brands to repurpose content across social, CRM, websites and paid media.

Born Creator Community gives brands access to bespoke creator communities that can be activated quickly across markets, while retaining Born Social’s strategic and creative oversight.

Born Social recruits and curates bespoke creator communities for each client, ensuring content remains brand-safe, high-quality and culturally relevant. These communities can be activated globally through a distributed creator network, enabling brands to create locally relevant content while maintaining a consistent creative strategy across markets. The platform supports a broad range of formats, from product content and tutorials to lifestyle storytelling, event coverage, vox pops, street interviews and creator-hosted entertainment.

All of this is managed through a proprietary mobile-first platform that seamlessly automates creator onboarding, selection, briefing and feedback.

The launch follows a pilot phase with founding clients including Stanley, Premier Inn, Guinness, Smirnoff and Thermacell, demonstrating the platform’s applicability across a broad range of sectors.

For Stanley, Born Creator Community delivered more than 869,000 organic impressions and 23,000 new followers across five European markets in three months. For Premier Inn, it generated more than 500,000 organic reach, a 2.5% engagement rate and 40 pieces of content across five UK locations during the same period.

Callum McCahon, Chief Strategy Officer at Croud and Born Social, said: “Generative AI is changing the economics of content production, but it is also creating a new challenge for brands: how to stay human, distinctive and culturally relevant at scale. The Born Creator Community was built to solve that tension. It combines the efficiency of technology with the creativity, local knowledge and cultural understanding of real people, helping brands produce social-first content at the speed and volume today’s platforms demand.”As social feeds become increasingly saturated with AI-generated creative, we believe the brands that win will be those that find ways to scale human creativity rather than replace it.”

Olivia Wedderburn, Head of Influence at Born Social, added: “This is a new model for creator-led production, bringing together integrated influence and creator-generated content to help brands create work that feels native, useful and real. Brands don’t just need more content – they need content that resonates with audiences without defaulting to generic or synthetic creative. At a time when people are more sceptical than ever about what they’re seeing online, real people and authentic perspectives have become one of the most effective ways for brands to build trust and credibility.”

Richard Green, Social Media Marketing Manager at Premier Inn, concluded: “Premier Inn has over 850 hotels from Perth to Penzance, so it’s vital we show the length and breadth of the country in our marketing. Having local creators gives us a real competitive advantage: we see where they live through a local lens, they allow us to activate at short notice with few logistics, and we get consistent creative excellence and a variety of styles from across the Born Creator Community.”The launch follows a period of strong momentum for Born Social. Chief Strategy Officer Callum McCahon recently expanded his remit to become Chief Strategy Officer across both Born Social and Croud, reflecting the agencies’ increasingly integrated offer. Born Social has also continued to grow its client portfolio with recent wins, including Nikon and Thermacell, as it helps more brands build relevance through social-first creativity.
