September, 2026.— Everytable, the mission-driven food company making fresh scratch-cooked meals accessible to all, announced its exclusive meal collaboration with local Grammy-Nominated artist Blxst. Launched September 24, the partnership debuted Blxst’s Blackened Catfish, a soul food-inspired meal that brings Southern flavors to Southern California, with a taste as rich and real as the artist behind it.
The dish features blackened catfish seasoned with a savory spice blend and is served over creamy cheddar grits with sautéed spinach, onions, and jalepeños. It’s finished with a cool, creamy herb sauce made with Greek yogurt, lemon, dill, and parsley for the perfect balance of bold, rich, and fresh flavors.
“I love how Everytable is community-driven. Food brings us together. No matter what culture you come from, I think there’s a story behind every dish, and being able to share those stories brings us closer together,” shared Blxst. “I hope people take away something healing for the soul. I love soul, I love music, and for me it all goes hand in hand. Good food, good music. What more do you need to brighten your day?”
Raised in South Central Los Angeles, Blxst has kept his Southern California roots close throughout his career. His music is deeply connected to the West Coast, making the partnership with Everytable a natural extension of his relationship with the city and the communities that shaped him.

“When I think about food, I think about LA, the east side, the culture I come from, and the neighbors around me,” shared Blxst. “Food brought us together as a community, and those are some of my favorite memories.”
The collaboration arrives amid a new chapter for Blxst, whose latest album Labor of Love has amassed over 43 million global streams. The project marked his return to music following a two-year break and explores the work that goes into love and relationships.
Blxst has become one of the leading voices in contemporary West Coast R&B and hip-hop. His platinum-certified breakout hit “Chosen” featuring Tyga and Ty Dolla $ign has surpassed 478 million Spotify streams, while his collaboration with Kendrick Lamar and Amanda Reifer on “Die Hard” reached No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. He was also named to XXL’s 2021 Freshman Class and has collaborated with artists including Anderson .Paak, Offset, and 2 Chainz.
