Los Angeles, CA/New York, NY, May, 2026 – Veteran agency communications leader Belle Lenz is joining TLC (Toni Lee Communications), in the new role of President. Her hire comes as the 28-year-old independent consultancy experiences substantial client and organizational growth.
In her new leadership role at TLC, Belle will work closely with agency clients as a senior counsel, providing strategic communications guidance. She will also partner with the agency’s account teams to support and develop integrated PR programs that encompass earned media, thought leadership, executive visibility and reputation management.
“Belle brings significant communications experience to our clients and a passion for getting deep in the weeds in their business,” explained Toni Lee, CEO and founder. “We see our mission as helping our clients drive their business results, and to do that you must understand their business challenges. That takes experienced talent. Belle stands apart in the industry for her role in helping agencies at many stages of development grow and scale through the power of PR.”
Belle was most recently SVP, Head of Global Communications with IPG’s Mediahub, where she helped steward the award-winning media agency through its transformational growth and global expansion under IPG’s Mediabrands. She has also held senior communications and marketing roles with iProspect, Dentsu, and Havas Media. A Pittsburgh native who started her career with boutique PR agencies in New York, Belle now calls Los Angeles home.
“Done well, PR is a powerful force multiplier that builds lasting brand relevance and reputation. TLC has always known how to use PR to move the business needle, not just generate buzz. And in the age of AI, earned media and strategic communications are now a brand’s ultimate differentiators, creating real trust and authority with decision-makers while enhancing discoverability and awareness across all platforms,” said Lenz.
