BBH USA has appointed Steven Panariello as its new chief executive officer. Based in New York City, Steven will spearhead the agency’s efforts to deliver culture-defining campaigns and creative excellence for top-tier brands such as Smuckers, Netflix, Samsung, Heineken, and more.
This strategic appointment underscores BBH USA’s commitment to investing in top-tier talent as it enters its 25th year. Alongside chief creative officer Erica Roberts, chief strategy officer Samantha Deevy, and chief marketing officer Lindsey McNabb Hover, Steven will lead the agency into its next era of growth, reinforcing its reputation for breakthrough creativity.
Steven joins from BBDO New York, where he recently served as managing director. At BBDO, he played a crucial role in modernizing the agency’s creative output and managing key client relationships, driving growth across marquee clients like Bacardi Ltd, Pedigree, M&Ms, Snickers, Wells Fargo, and FedEx. His strategic vision earned BBDO NY multiple Webby recognitions as Agency of the Year and consistent accolades at Cannes Festival of Creativity, D&AD, and The One Show. Steven’s leadership propelled Bacardi Ltd to become the most creatively awarded spirits brand in the industry. Before his tenure at BBDO, he held roles at Droga5, Naked Communications, and TBWA.
