KANSAS CITY, Mo. – March 5, 2026 – BarkleyOKRP today announced the launch of Tell Me Everything with Katy Hornaday, a new limited podcast series hosted by CEO Katy Hornaday. The series features candid, unscripted conversations between Hornaday and some of the most influential leaders in advertising.
The series debuts Tuesday, March 17, with its first episode featuring Kristen Cavallo, current Executive Director for The Branch Museum of Design and formerly Global CEO of MullenLowe Group and CEO of The Martin Agency.
Unlike traditional industry podcasts, Tell Me Everything is built around the honest, audacious and sometimes uncomfortable questions leaders rarely get to ask out loud. At a moment when technology, economics and culture are rapidly reshaping the advertising industry, the series explores how CEOs make consequential decisions without perfect clarity, and how they move forward anyway.
“I became a CEO in the spring of 2025 and quickly realized there’s no checklist for how this is supposed to go, especially at a moment when our industry is changing as quickly as it is now,” said Hornaday. “There were plenty of moments where I found myself wondering, ‘How would she handle this?’ I wanted to create a space where leaders could talk honestly about the real decisions behind the title: the pressure, the tradeoffs, and what it takes to lead when the path forward isn’t always obvious.”
In the premiere episode, Hornaday explores with Cavallo the realities behind the title, from ambition and identity to protecting culture over short-term revenue and learning to lead without shrinking yourself.
“Short-term revenue is loud. Culture erosion is quiet, but it compounds,” Cavallo says in the episode. “If the work requires you to shrink your standards or sway from your values, it will show up.”
Cavallo also speaks candidly about the parenthood guilt many leaders quietly carry while navigating ambition and family: “That guilt is a backpack of rocks,” she says. “It’s going to sit in the corner of your eye for this whole chapter of your life. Don’t pick it up.”
The season explores themes including imposter syndrome, leadership guilt, walking away from revenue when values are compromised, supporting working mothers, and how CEOs redefine success in different seasons of their careers.
