NYC-based editorial company BANDIT has officially opened a 12,500-square-foot facility in the bustling Flatiron district, following a move from their long-standing SoHo location. In this new innovative space, BANDIT combines its creative team and technical services that established their long standing success, along with coworking spaces to address the in-office/remote/hybrid work preferences for this next generation of collaborators. Clients too, are provided private and group workspaces so they may be flexible in where and how they work throughout the post production process.
Since moving to the location, BANDIT has completed new campaigns for The Evelyn Lilly Foundation, Uber, The Athletic, Spectrum, Dove, ACLU, Patrón, Nexxus, Boar’s Head, Pure Leaf, OXO, and Ad Council, to name a few.
Notes longtime BANDIT Executive Producer Laura Relovsky, “After being in SoHo for many years, we were very excited for a fresh new space and look. As with many industries, the way we worked during and post-COVID changed —- and this space is a thoughtful reflection of that evolution. Clients are excited to come in again for that sense of community, and we are very happy to have them. With the benefit of additional work systems at our employees’ homes, it gives us maximum flexibility to be as nimble as possible.”
Relovsky joined BANDIT in 2009 while it was still Fluid NY, prior to its 2017 rebranding. The storied editorial shop boasts over 20 years of award-winning work for impactful brands like Snickers, Verizon, Pepsi, Wild Turkey, Cadillac, Venus, NBA, Dove, Spectrum, Jet Blue, SoundCloud, Chase, United, Mercedes, Tylenol, Patrón, Change the Ref, Hyundai, and hundreds of others. Various honors include Cannes Lions, Clios, AICP Post Awards, The One Show Awards, D&AD Pencils, Telly Awards, Webby Awards, and more.
Bandit has an incredible roster of dynamic seasoned editors including: Zeke O’Donnell, Heather Danosky, Peter Sabatino, Jim Rubino, Robin Burchill, Chris Kursel, Evan Johnston and Steve Ortega; a VFX and finishing department helmed by Chris Davis and Przemyslaw Radlowski, and its graphic design/animation division, SCOUT, led by long-time CD Greg Paparatto. Additionally, Bandit boasts a staff of experienced, nimble producers and assistants to shepard through all genres of projects from from comedy to narrative, beauty to docu-style and more.
