São Paulo, February 2026 – APRO (Brazilian Association of Audiovisual Production Companies) and FilmBrazil, the internationalization platform for the Brazilian audiovisual industry, in partnership with ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), held the fourth module of the Visionárias Mentorship Program on Tuesday (February 10). The event took place at LinkedIn’s headquarters in São Paulo and focused on Personal Branding as a strategic asset for women in senior leadership positions.
The choice of theme reflects a concrete market reality. According to 2025 data from consultancy Diversitera, while women occupy 70% of operational roles, they hold only 35% of top executive positions. In this context, personal brand management emerges not only as a competitive advantage, but as a critical tool for building authority and breaking down the barriers that still limit women’s advancement to the highest levels of corporate leadership.
The program opened with remarks by Candice Pomi, psychologist, curator, mentor, and project partner. The module also featured a training session led by Lais Orrico, LATAM Head of Agency at LinkedIn and Ethical Business Strategist. With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, Orrico shared insights that combine neuroscience, innovation, and strategic vision, helping leaders strengthen their influence and visibility in today’s market.
For Marianna Souza, Executive President of APRO and creator of the Visionárias program, personal branding is directly linked to Brazil’s international competitiveness.
“Personal branding is not just about image; it’s about asset management and credibility. This module was essential for helping leaders from our production companies understand that strengthening their individual brands enhances not only their own careers, but also the global perception of Brazilian audiovisual production. This module adds to the learning curve that has been carefully designed to further boost the performance of our leaders,” she states.
The Visionárias program reinforces its commitment to providing a safe and transformative environment for women in the audiovisual sector, fostering empowerment, experience-sharing, and preparing the advertising and audiovisual markets for a more equitable, strategically positioned leadership landscape.
