Mumbai/Chennai –  July, 2025: Apparel Manufacturer of India (AMI), one of India’s prominent and renowned apparel groups of manufacturers and traders, is back with the sixth edition of ADVAIT this week. The mega event kicks starts this Wednesday, 23rd July and will be there till 25th July, Friday.

The Mega Conclave will see more than 240 brands showcase their latest designs for the upcoming festive season.

Key retailers and brands from Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Goa are expected to attend and book sales orders for the upcoming festive season. Red and White shirts, U and Me, Femi, Reliable Rainwear, Diya Design Studio, Ciarra Shirts, Final Choice, Vimal Nightwear, Era the in-thing! are few of the leading brands that will showcase their latest festive collection to retailers and MBOs attending the fair.

ADVAIT started in 2018 in Hyderabad and saw a humongous response, motivating the team members to grow year on year. The last fair at Bangalore saw footfalls of 2500 plus visitors over 3 days.

Customer choices and preferences are fast changing, and market dynamics have evolved. With high disposable income and shifting fashion choices, the Indian apparel industry is expected to grow at a high rate over the next few years. This gives retailers a level playing field to grow and expand their business.

Speaking on the upcoming edition of ADVAIT, Dharmesh Nandu, Founder of Apparel Manufacturer of India (AMI), said, “As we bring the next edition of ADVAIT to Chennai, we can’t contain our excitement and enthusiasm. Over the years we have grown and built a strong ecosystem in India and today we also have international retailers from Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Mauritius. This marks a significant step toward placing India firmly on the global map—not just as a manufacturing hub, but as a thriving marketplace for fashion and excellence.”

“This year’s venue is spread over one lac sq. ft. and each participating brand will be given substantial space to showcase their collection”, he further added.

AMI works towards bridging the gap between manufacturers, retailers, agents, and suppliers to build a robust community for evolution and growth opportunities. They work in sync to add meaning to the entire value chain of the readymade apparel market across India.

Till date, AMI has conducted more than 50 regional and zonal successful fairs across Southern India and has today become a dominantly renowned trade fair in South India where more than 3000 plus industry individuals attend the event. Their first zonal fair took place in 2018 and saw more than 3500 visitors, generating phenomenal sales orders.
