AlphaSense launches new brand identity in partnership with Saffron Brand Consultants
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

8 July 2025, New York, US – AlphaSense, the leading AI-powered market intelligence and search platform, has unveiled its bold new brand identity created in collaboration with global brand consultancy, Saffron Brand Consultants. This new identity marks the evolution of the AlphaSense brand after several years of scaling and repositioning the business.

After expanding its generative AI capabilities, acquisitions and adoptions over the last few years, AlphaSense found that its previous brand identity was holding back further growth. The brand needed to modernise to match its ambition with an identity that could resonate across a variety of industries, customers and touchpoints.

Saffron created a modernised identity without sacrificing the trust and credibility that the brand has cultivated during its evolution and growth by establishing key behaviours to embody the new brand: radical simplicity, quiet confidence, and easy access.

Central to Saffron’s strategic approach was identifying AlphaSense’s mission of moving from complexity to clarity. This guiding principle shaped the entire brand development process of transforming complex information into clear insights for decision-makers. The resulting brand is more direct, focused, and relatable, treating customers as knowledgeable equals and offering expertise, authority and precision in an actionable yet approachable way.

The evolved AlphaSense visual identity embodies this strategy. The new brand system is simplified and bold, visually capturing the transformation from complexity to clarity. A strategic decision was made to retain and modernise key assets such as the logo, the AI shorthand and primary colors to build on their existing strengths. New assets such as iconography and illustration, product visualisation, and a distinct motion character enable the brand to live in more spaces; from the new AlphaSense website (by Instrument), campaigns, and beyond. In doing so, the new identity conveys how disparate and complex data are transformed into clear, actionable insights.

In an era of growing business complexity, AlphaSense empowers decision-makers to cut through the chaos with speed and confidence. With more than 6,000 global customers – including 88% of the S&P 100, 80% of top global banks, and all 20 of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies – AlphaSense has become the platform of choice for enterprises seeking clarity in critical moments.

“We’re entering a new era where the ability to move from complexity to clarity is the ultimate competitive edge,” said Heather Zynczak, Chief Marketing Officer at AlphaSense. “This new identity – and the digital experience that brings it to life – reflects our unique position at the forefront of AI and market intelligence, empowering our customers to lead in a world that’s only getting faster and more complex.”

Cameron Ewing, Vice President of Creative & Brand at AlphaSense, said:

“The evolution of our AlphaSense brand reflects the company we’ve built together—bold, trusted, and pushing the boundaries of what AI can do for decision-makers everywhere. From day one, we set out to create an identity that could scale with our ambition. One that would meet the moment—clarifying who we are, what we stand for, and how AlphaSense uniquely empowers clarity in a world of information overload.”

Gabor Schreier, Chief Creative Officer at Saffron Brand Consultants, said: “The new brand identity marks the next step in AlphaSense’s evolution as a pioneer in the AI space. It builds on the expertise of its exceptional team and the strength of its product experience, while showcasing a sophisticated and impactful design language that delivers real value to AlphaSense’s discerning clients. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the AlphaSense team to craft a bold identity that reflects their ambitious vision for the future.”

The work launches with a redesigned website, multichannel campaign in the US and UK, internal enablement across global teams, employee merch, and an office rebranding.
